DAILY RFID has newly launched a latest UHF RFID tag for applying on metal surface or objects containing metal or liquid. Its unique construction qualifies the passive UHF RFID tags to perform well in harsh environments, such as dipping in water and acid.

 

This UHF RFID tag for metal-27 is a good solution for industries that want to track products containing metal or liquid, and it is made of material of anti-acid, anti-alkali and waterproof. And they are designed to survive temperature of down to -40 Celsius degree and up to +90 Celsius degree. Data maintenance could last as long as 10 years.

 

This on-metal UHF RFID tag can perform stably around metal condition, and is designed for international deployment. Operating frequency could be customized to vary in different countries, for instance, 902-928MHz in USA, 868MHz in Europe and 950MHz in Japan. With Gen 2 RFID technology, this UHF on-metal tag promises fast compliant read rate up to 100 km/h, fast read rate and long read range from 1 meter to 5 meters.

 

In all, with its self-adhesive 3M Glue or screw holes on two sides, this passive UHF RFID on-metal tag can be directly attached to metals or containers of liquid. It has been successfully applying in tracking under metal environments, such as blade servers, network equipment, or mobile IT assets such as laptops and other handheld units.
