DAILY RFID has released its latest active RFID asset tracking system to offer secure asset tracking in real time. This active RFID asset tracking system has combined RFID software to optimize RFID asset tracking in assets search and inventory processes.

This RFID asset tracking software system consists of a 2.4 RFID active reader, application software, 2.4GHz RFID active tags, and full SDK document and demo software for the reader. This active RFID asset tracking software system is designed with the following characteristics and advantages:

First of all, performing a search or inventory for assets can be just around the computer at the head office and have no longer to travel to the site. Tags and assets can be added, edited, and removed by the responsible staff, since this active RFID system can be managed remotely through a Weigand interface or Ethernet.

Second, this RFID asset tracking software system can automatically send alert e-mail/text message for notification. In the system, assets can be divided into groups. The system administrators are able to set up alert conditions for each group so that when certain assets pass through certain checking points a corresponding alert device is activated and e-mail or text message warnings are sent to responsible staff members.

The above characteristics make this active RFID development kit ideal for asset tracking. By utilizing this active RFID asset tracking system, asset management will be more efficient and more secure with high performance.
